COST
$3294 per person, double occupancy. Cost is based upon a minimum of 4 participants.
International flights, visas and airport taxes excluded. Single supplement $1199. A $500 deposit secures your reservation.
The Halong Bay extension cost is $384 per person double occupancy based on 3 to 4 people in the group. Included are 2 days and 1 night on the Halong Jasmine on a join in basis, private land transportation, English speaking guide for transfers from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back, entrance fees, meals as specified in the itinerary, drinks not included.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COST
Vietnam and Cambodia trip cost is $3294 per person based on double occupancy. Single rates are available upon request. The itinerary begins in Siem Reap on November 1, 2010 and ends November 13, 2010 in Hanoi and includes 12 hotel nights (2 overnight train accommodations), breakfast each morning, 5 lunches, a welcome dinner and farewell dinner (drinks not included). PAYMENT
$500 due immediately to secure space. Total trip cost due by September 15, 2010. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the final due date. Final payment constitutes acceptance to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This trip may be cancelled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen reasons. Full refund will take place only under these circumstances. Payment in full protects the price due to possible rate fluctuations due to change in cost of airfare, or airline fuel surcharges for flights within Cambodia and Vietnam. The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended.
Regardless of reason, all cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following cancellation penalties:
The trip deposit is fully refundable less a $100 administrative fee if cancelled before September 1, 2010.
For cancellation between October 1 and October 10, 2010, a 20% cancellation penalty applies.
For cancellation between October 11 and October 17, 2010, a 50% cancellation policy applies.
For cancellation between October 18 and October 24, a 75% cancellation penalty applies.
For cancellation after October 25, 2010, a 100% cancellation penalty applies.
DOCUMENTS
A passport must be valid for at least 6 months after completion of the trip and there must be at least 4 blank pages in your passport. Visas are required for both Vietnam and Cambodia.
FLIGHT CHECK IN
All travelers are responsible for informing themselves of the respective airlines check-in requirements and baggage restrictions. Missed or delayed flights resulting in late arrival for the tour shall not result in any reduction or refund of tour cost. Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals.
HEALTH/DISABILITY REQUIREMENTS
All guests are required to report in writing at the time their reservation is made, any physical or mental condition that may require medical or professional treatment during the tour, any condition that may render the traveler unfit for travel or that may require special care or assistance or any condition that may pose a risk or danger to the traveler or any other travelers. By booking this tour the traveler represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel and participate in an active adventure itinerary such as this bicycle tour.
LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY
In all matters relating to making travel arrangements for hotels, sightseeing and transportation, Willett Travel and/or Callisto Tours act only in the capacity of agent for the suppliers of travel services. As an agent, Willett Travel and/or Callisto Tours maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of travel service suppliers and assume no responsibility nor will be held liable for a) any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by wrongful or negligent acts on the part of the suppliers; b), any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts on the part of any employee of these suppliers; c) any defect and/or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrument owned, operated or used by any of these suppliers; d)any wrongful or negligent act on the part of any other party not under the control, directly or otherwise of Willett Travel and/or Callisto Tours.
