What's New
2009 was a big success with our trip to Machu Picchu being the highlight. The sign of a great trip is conversation turning to the next adventure…this time it was a Galapagos expedition for 2011.
2010’s travel schedule begins with a visit to some of California’s notable dairies, cheesemakers, and wineries in and around Sonoma County. Then we move on to the cheese region of Normandy and a firsthand look into Normandy’s role in world history and the art known as Impressionism. Italy and Bled, Slovenia follow with an exciting new collaboration with renown sculling Coach Marlene Royle. Two weeks of sculling in exquisite locations with top notch coaching and touring highlight our September schedule. And finally a lucky group of us travel to Vietnam for a much anticipated bike trip through the villages and along the coast of this amazingly beautiful country. Cambodia holds tremendous surprises for everyone from its temples, cuisine, and the warm welcome of its people.
Active vacations like rowing, cycling and hiking have a permanent place on our schedule because we know that practicing our sport in foreign destinations makes it possible to relate to a culture more quickly and deeply than watching from a tour bus. Wherever we find ourselves, the experience is enhanced by an appreciation of its art, food and wines.
Check back for news on our Galapagos trip, the return to Peru and even an African safari in 2011.
Join us for the vacation of a lifetime.
